My roots are in food service, I have worked with Marriott Propriety Concepts, Taco Bell, Subway, Arby’s, A&W, Godfather’s Pizza, Dominoes Pizza, Winchell’s Donuts, Starbucks, and Seattle’s Best Coffee. Working with these QSR leaders has given me the opportunity to develop a hybrid of best practices and analytical tools to effectively manage convenience store food services.
I am fortunate to have worked for Hank Armour (former NACS Chairman and current CEO of NACS) as West Star’s Vice President of Operations for 8 years.
In addition, I worked for Richard Oneslager (2008 Chairman of NACS) as Balmar’s V.P. of Category Manager for 2 years. Both of these experiences exposed me to best practices in convenience store operations, merchandising, category management and cutting edge convenience store technology.
Serving on NACS food service committees, participating in advisory committees and speaking on food service has networked me with the best food service people in this industry. I utilize this extensive list of industry contacts to maximize results.
It is always hard to start the business but with experienced consulting, we make it easier to put idea into operating business.
